Mission: determination and enhancement of aerodynamic properties of a NACA wing profile;
Activity: velocimetry in a wind tunnel using pressure sensor; analysis of experimental measurements; design of the wing profile (Gambit); numerical simulations (Fluent); collaboration with other fellows;
Results: experimental and theoretical distribution of sustentation and drag coefficients of the wing profile; comparison of results; enhancement of the sustentation using flaps.
